 I was thinking the same thing -- splitting "file" into two ports "file"
 and "libmagic". Or rather, keeping the "file" port and adding a "libmagic"
 subport to it. We'd have to investigate all the ports that currently
 depend on "file" to see if they need to be changed but hopefully that's
 not too bad.
