 Building {{{gcc45}}} failed for me with both {{{llvm-gcc42}}} and
 {{{apple-gcc42}}}. Both seem to fail with the same message:

 I won't attach logs since this isn't directly relevant to the ticket, but
 I can produce them if asked.
