 Drop your current configure.args-append and add

 configure.args-append  -DCMAKE_OSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET=10.6 [[BR]]
 configure.sdkroot  /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.6.sdk

 It still needs configure.compiler=llvm-gcc-4.2 [[BR]]
 You almost had the right answer - just that hugin is built with cmake and
 wxWidgets isn't, and they have different ways to do the same thing.
