 A unified portfile (and patchfile, which hasn't changed) for py-pyqt4
 (24,25,26,27,31) is available at [source:/users/eborisch/python/py-
 pyqt4/]. Please remove the separate portfiles and replace with this
 updated version. This also upgrades to 4.8.5 as well as addressing #31753
 and #31693.

 Assigning to owner of py2[67]-pyqt4.
