 nefar: I wrote a wrapper script ${prefix}/sbin/sshguard-start to call
 sshguard with options read from ${prefix}/etc/sshguard-ipfw/options.[[BR]]
 In post-activate, if ${prefix}/etc/sshguard-ipfw/options does not exist I
 copy the example into place.[[BR]]
 If the +startupitem variant is given sudo port load will load the wrapper
 script.[[BR]]
 Seems to work for me though I have not tested over time.[[BR]]
 All the files are created in the Portfile. These can be moved to the
 files/ dir and use reinplace to fix paths if that is preferable.
