New description:

 After running "port selfupdate" , "port clean libtasn1", and "port install

Comment:

 Did you read MisbehavingServers as the error message mentioned? What is in
 the HTML file
 /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/libtasn1/libtasn1-2.9.tar.gz -- open it
 in a text editor?
