 From your log file it appears you have boost +python26 installed

 18      :debug:build boost 1.47.0_2 exists in the ports tree
 19      :debug:build boost 1.47.0_2 +python26 is the latest installed
 20      :debug:build boost 1.47.0_2 +python26 is active
 }}}

 Either install boost +python27 or install deluge +python26
