 configure octave-devel looks for {{{/opt/local/include/qhull/qhull_a.h}}}
 and links against libqhull.  After upgrading qhull to {{{qhull @2011.1}}},
 the headers are in  {{{/opt/local/include/qhull}}} and the library is
 libqhull6.dylib, so octave-devel builds without qhull support.
