 I am taking a look at this. There is no configure script in the unix
 directory anymore, but there is one at the top level directory. I'm having
 a little trouble making it build; it wants to build its own version of the
 jpeg library, which seems to build i386 not x86_64, and using the `--with-
 system-jpeg` configure flag doesn't seem to be having any effect.

 There's also a CMakeLists.txt but it's a decoy: they only use cmake for
 the Windows build.
