 I had already uninstalled gnuradio and then went on to uninstall and
 reinstall gnuradio-audio-osx. I'll attach the log file, but this is really
 curious and helpful. It did the correct install.

 So when I did the original install of gnuradio by itself  it claimed to
 resolve the issues but did not.
