 Hi,

 please find attached a patchfile to add a libevent variant to unbound,
 allowing it to use larger outgoing port ranges (otherwise limited by the
 number of file descriptors). This makes unbound work with it's default
 config (which has outgoing-range 4096, which is larger than the number of
 possible file descriptors).
