 I haven't thoroughly tested that patch, but it should have our configure
 look for sqlite3.h in the normal search path first (and use that) and only
 fall back to asking pkg-config if AC_CHECK_HEADER doesn't find it.

 The existing behavior of being able to set --with-sqlite3prefix to
 override this should also still work.
