Comment:

 It looks like this is a problem activating macfuse; can you do a `port
 uninstall macfuse` and then try to reinstall with -d?

 Your ports tree is out of data and it would be worth doing a selfupdate.
 Also, we recently switched to using fuse4x as the default fuse dependency
 rather than macfuse. It probably doesn't make much of a difference which
 you use on 10.6, but you may want to install that instead.
