 Please run `port clean macfuse && port -d install macfuse`. The relevant
 part of the log was missing because you first attempted the install
 without -d.

 Your ports tree is out of date, as the warnings indicate. If you run a
 `port selfupdate`, you'll get the latest changes which include the change
 in dependency from macfuse to fuse4x.
