 I can confirm that I'm seeing the same problem on my system, and my setup
 is similar, though not exactly the same.  I'm running Lion 10.7.1, with
 both xcode 3, and xcode 4.1 installed.  I haven't had a problem with
 ffmpeg until this particular update.
