 It looks like OS X 10.7 added the `getline` function to stdio.h, which was
 not present previously.  This causes the noweb package to fail to compile,
 as it defines its own `getline` function that is included simultaneously
 with stdio.h.

 This is an issue with the noweb source code; the raw source tarball
 downloaded from the noweb web site also fails to compile.
