info already exists...

 ...and does not belong to a registered port. Unable to activate port
 py24-distribute.

 This happened to me during the 'upgrade outdated'-Command with macports.
 Does anybody know a solution besides completely uninstalling macports and
 re-installing it? Log is attached.
