Comment:

 eigen 2.0.16 was stealth-updated, as previous versions have been before.
 The old and new distfiles differ only in the addition of a file named
 .hg_archival.txt, and a change in the name of the worksrcdir. These won't
 have any effect on the build, so I won't increase the revision when I fix
 this.
