 the speedycgi port fails to build (comes as a dependency for smoke ping)
 with the following error message:

 "/System/Library/Frameworks/Tcl.framework/Versions/8.5/Resources/tclIndex":
 no such file or directory
     while executing
 "open [file join $dir tclIndex]"
 }}}

 It seems to expect tclIndex in
 /System/Library/Frameworks/Tcl.framework/Versions/8.5/Resources/tclIndex

 It lives one level deeper though, in:
 /System/Library/Frameworks/Tcl.framework/Versions/8.5/Resources/Scripts/tclIndex

 I'm not sure if this is a side effect, or a root-cause, or I would whip up
 a patch myself.
