Comment:

 * This appears to be missing either some distfiles or some dependencies.
 The build system is "helpfully" downloading files, which we don't want to
 do in the build phase.
  * Is the config file going to be registered to the port and therefore
 replaced when upgrading?
  * Looks like this is noarch, so it should be marked as such.
  * Initial revision is 0, not 1 (and 0 is the default revision value so it
 can be omitted altogether).
