 Fixed indeed, thanks.

 As future reference the build script was trying to access
 ''$HOME/.clisp/'', since HOME is not defined for user macports and port
 was being run with sudo this lead to ''/var/root/.clisp/''' and subsequent
 access error.

 It has to been noticed that the port built fine under the same
 circumstances (HOME not defined, running with sudo) in Snow Leopard.
