install Gnuradio in OS x lion please.

 this is the error i get when i make. i have tried almost all ways from
 online and now i am totally lost and going no where. I don't really need
 to use the USRP at the moment so i am just gone disable them for time
 being.

 libtool: Version mismatch error.  This is libtool 2.4, but the
 libtool: definition of this LT_INIT comes from libtool 2.2.10.
 libtool: You should recreate aclocal.m4 with macros from libtool 2.4
 libtool: and run autoconf again.
