 I added licenses, but I'd appreciate if you double-checked.[[BR]]

 For {{{vips}}}, {{{liboil}}} is no longer used: replaced by {{{orc}}}
 (7.23.0 ChangeLog), using {{{lcms2}}} and {{{cfitsio}}}.[[BR]]

 Also I added livecheck.
