Comment:

 It looks like there are at least two things going wrong here:

  * the port is trying to link against the previous libbtparse.dylib in
 /opt/local/lib rather than the one it just built
  * the port is compiling for the same architectures as perl5 (using the
 cflags used to build perl) rather than the ones specified for this port.

 Unfortunately, I don't understand the build system for perl modules well
 enough to fix it. As a workaround, you should be able to get it to build
 by uninstalling your previous version of p5.12-text-bibtex.
