 At one point pypy couldn't compile with the standard gcc-4.2 included in
 OSX, and so it needs gcc45 port if gcc-4.0 is not available (as in Lion).
 That problem is now fixed, and gcc-4.2 is sufficient for pypy. Please
 remove the unnecessary dependency on gcc45 especially as most other ports
 use versions 4.2, 4.4, 0r 4.0 anyway.
