Comment:

 I'm not certain what you're talking about but I assume the answer is "no."
 Software installed by MacPorts always goes in a particular prefix (usually
 /opt/local though you can change it by compiling MacPorts manually), and
 software installed in that prefix is not relocatable.

 The issue tracker is not for asking questions; it's for filing bug reports
 and enhancement requests. Ask questions on the macports-users mailing
 list.
