Comment:

 As I wrote above, the file was stealth updated and I (temporarily) removed
 pypy from the mirror list used by the port. The file on the macports
 mirrors has the checksums listed in the portfile. If you downloaded the
 distfile from pypy, clean and redownload it as per the [wiki:FAQ#checksums
 FAQ].
