 Oh, sorry, I forgot to add: this ticket isn't showing as owned by me in my
 account either, which appears to be another kink.  I've used the following
 pages to check:
 {7} My Tickets
 {8} Active Tickets, Mine First
 {9} Open Tickets Reported By Me
 {10} All Tickets Reported By Me
 Each page reports, "No matches found".
