 Actually it says the required version of glib was not installed (though
 that's still strange):

 The log also shows this was not a clean build attempt.

 I updated p5-glib and p5-gtk2 to version 1.242 in r91483. Could you wait
 30 minutes, then "sudo port selfupdate", then try installing that version?
 If it doesn't work, please attach the new main.log.
