 To be able to depend on either qt4-mac and qt4-mac-devel, use the
 PortGroup for Qt4: "PortGroup   qt4 1.0". It takes care of all that, and
 sets up the build environment for QMake, CMake, and others.  See, e.g.,
 py-pyqt4 Portfile.
