 That's assuming you have the following line in your
 /opt/local/etc/macports/sources.conf file:
 {{{
 rsync://rsync.macports.org/release/tarballs/ports.tar [default]
 }}}
 If you still have the old rsync line there (the one that doesn't reference
 "tarballs"), you should change it to the new one.
