 It will launch whichever LaunchAgent you select.  See xinit's post-
 activate for information on making the MacPorts X11 default.

 As for your case... what is your current default server?  ie, what is the
 output of:

 {{{
 echo $DISPLAY
 }}}

 Can you please try launching Macports/X11.app again and noting the time,
 then attach your /var/log/system.log
