 celt 0.11.3 is available since over a year and the port should probably be
 updated to it.

 The downloads page that the livecheck is checking doesn't list it, but the
 [http://downloads.us.xiph.org/releases/celt/ releases directory] does.
 Perhaps the livecheck should be updated as well.
