 I need this raxml port to satisfy a dependency in the py27-qiime port that
 I am making.  It builds and I use it in my work as a microbial
 oceanographer.  This raxml port would be a very useful addition to
 MacPorts because it is a tool used by a wide range of scientists using
 phylogenetic analysis of DNA and protein sequences in their work. Could
 someone take a look at it and commit?
