 Hi,

 Upstream made a new release yesterday: I updated the Portfile accordingly.
 The patch is not needed anymore (it was backported from their git anyway).
 I also attach a test file (also taken from git) which can be ran with:

 {{{
 yorick -batch check.i
 }}}
