[MacPorts] Error while installing old version of package.

Hello ! I need to install an older version of package (cairo), i have
downloaded the Portfile (to my desktop), and trying to install it (sudo port
install in Terminal). And... FAIL !
Error: Unable to execute port: could not read
"/Users/student/Desktop/Portfile": permission denied

I googled, that i must to change the macports user to root (in
macports.conf), i have done it. And nothing.

Also, when i make ls -ul in Portfile's directory, i got -rwxrwxrwx@ on it,
so all looks to be OK.



Maybe you people have any ideas ? OS X: Lion, Macports: Latest.
