 Inkscape 0.48.3.1 +quartz +no_x11 works for me on OS X 10.7.2 (keep in
 mind that this configuration is still considered 'experimental', at least
 from the project's POV, due to known issues in Inkscape's code itself and
 the Quartz backend of Gtk+).

 Because the official package does use a Clearlooks-based theme for
 rendering the GUI (based on a custom gtkrc file included in the
 Application bundle).
