Comment:

 1) Why is llvm-gcc being used instead of clang?

 2) For some reason, you don't have -I/opt/local/include in that compile
 line.

 My build went successfully with clang, but I don't see
 -I/opt/local/include on its command lines for some reason.  My guess is
 that it "worked for me" because of /opt/local/include being in CPATH, and
 maybe llvm-gcc doesn't work with CPATH correctly.

 Please try using clang instead of llvm-gcc.  That should be the default
 with your configuration...
