 Thanks for the patch. Unfortunately, it does not seem to work for me.  I
 don't see any clang headers under /opt/local/include. Where did you expect
 them to appear ?

 (yes, I am pretty sure I ran my private patched version, and I ran with
 port -s to force a source install)
