 No.  You are expected to use 'llvm-config-<version>' to figure out how to
 build against llvm.  port select does set llvm-config correctly.  If
 anything tries to build against the llvm SDK without using that, they're
 doing it wrong.  You may want to file a bug against clint to use llvm-
 config to figure out its CPPFLAGS and CFLAGS
