 The log you linked to says:

 /usr/local/include/getopt.h:115:12: error: conflicting types for 'getopt'
 }}}

 So this non-MacPorts getopt.h file is interfering with MacPorts. It's not
 supported to have things installed in /usr/local because of conflicts like
 this. Remove or rename /usr/local, clean sdcc29, and try again.
