 ncarg not avail on any macports site

 subsequently downloaded ncarg zip file per instructions:
 fetch Download ncl_ncarg-6.0.0.tar.gz manually and place it in
 /opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/ncarg.

   See instructions on http://www.ncl.ucar.edu//Download/index.shtml

 reran
 sudo port install ncarg

 failed due to checksum differences
