 Our experience in fink has been that you can't reliably enable
 corefoundation in tcl without[[BR]]
 destabilizing packages like pymol which use auxiliary packages such as blt
 which call fork().[[BR]]
 As I mentioned earlier, since both the threads support and corefoundation
 have the same restriction[[BR]]
 against calling fork(), it seems quite logical to fold the corefoundation
 usage into the threads variant of tcl.
