Comment:

 It looks as though you have not migrated MacPorts from Lion to Mountain
 Lion.  If you had, I believe you would've failed earlier in the process
 with qt4-mac failing to build.

 Furthermore, you should not use trac to report issues you are seeing with
 developer preview versions of XCode.
