Comment:

 Duplicate of #35344. Please "sudo port selfupdate" and try again.

 In the error message, the word "arch" is short for the word
 "architecture", meaning what processor type you have; it has nothing to do
 with the port called "arch", nor is there any need for you to install the
 port called "arch" to fix this.
