 I'm running OSX 10.7.4 and have done a clean install of samba3. It was
 previously working but sometime during the last month I noticed I could no
 longer connect. Wondering if it is related to an OSX update.

 Here is my current output, I've tried my old smb.conf, a new modified
 sample conf, and just the out of box conf.sample, all having the same
 error.

 When I run the normal daemon way via

 {{{
 sudo /opt/local/sbin/smbd -D && sudo /opt/local/sbin/nmbd -D
 }}}

 smbd doesnt show up in my Activity Monitor but nmbd is running. I get
 similar error in my log
