 The gather_archives script runs `curl -I
 http://packages.macports.org/$portname/$archivename` to check if archives
 have already been uploaded. This was working previously, but seems to have
 been broken in the recent upgrades.

 Example: http://build.macports.org/builders/buildports-lion-
 x86_64/builds/3350/steps/deploy%20archives/logs/stdio

 The archive is uploaded and signed, but rsync ends up doing nothing
 because it's already present at the destination.
