 elhttp doesn't install cleanly in macPorts base version 2.1.2.

 Attempting to install produces an error during patching stating that hunk
 1 failed. If I convert the elhttp.c file to Unix linefeeds, the patch
 applies cleanly.

 After that, the install fails due to "ChangeLog" having no path prefix. I
 have a patch to correct that part, but I have no idea how to fix the
 elhttp.c file being in DOS format.
