 Can you provide a reproduction recipe—a set of steps that we could follow
 to see the crash for ourselves?

 It might be a problem with having used the clang compiler. You could try
 uninstalling claws-mail and reinstalling it [wiki:ProblemHotlist#compiler
 with a different compiler].
