 XCode was installed in /Developer. After the upgrade that directory was
 gone, leaving developer_dir in macports.conf pointing at a non-existing
 directory. I fixed the warning by changing developer_dir from /Developer
 to /Applications.

 Please do not point `developer_dir` to arbitrary locations.
 `/Applications` is not a valid value for `developer_dir`. Instead, just
 comment the setting which will instruct MacPorts to auto-discover the
 correct path.
